Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a neologism for a perceptual phenomenon characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimul

Hi, everyone! This video is a collaboration that I did with the lovely DonnaASMR. She did the video and I did the audio, so people on my channel probably won’t be very shocked by this. People on Donna’s channel might be a bit taken back/put off when they hear my voice instead of hers, though! Haha.

The ASMR trigger sounds you will find here are soft speaking from ear to ear, as well as Kinder Egg unwrapping sounds, tapping, a bit of toy assembling and the like. I hope that you enjoy this video and I will see you guys in the next one. Take care! 😀

  1. Collabs are especially nice as they can introduce you to something new via something you're already comfortable with, also creators interacting is an important part of the community and ASMR as a whole I think. The commentary aspect fits with her video very well. The clicking totally melts me, so that's my favorite part, but I'm subbed to Donna  as well and would definitely recommend her for visual videos, hand movements and objects. Alot of nice slow, delicate playing around with stuff, and I personally adore the German language and accents. Nice one you two.

  2. Yeah I think it's the same as crackerjack prizes and cereal box toy prizes how could a kinder egg be illegal? so crazy this world has become. Imagine cops breaking down the door saying, "hand over the eggs and up against the wall."
Brittany your voice is so super smooth soft relaxing. very beautiful and so are Donna's soft hands. it's nice to do that I wish I could borrow someone else's hands for my vids. 😉 haha
You two are magic together, your collab vid is a one two knockout punch. 🙂

  3. That's just wrong for these eggs to be banned in the states… There are a lot more dangerous toys in the states than these silly chocolate fun filled eggs. Can anyone say Cracker Jack? Not only can kids choke of the toys inside but also on the popcorn haha!

  4. Aside from children potentially choking on the toys, the real reason Kinder Eggs are banned is the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938. This Act prohibits the embedding of non-food items completely enclosed inside food items, unless the non-edible part has a functioning value. For example a lollipop or popsicle stick is not edible but is a useful handle. This Act was originally put into place to prevent the addition of hazardous items to processed food and has never been changed."

  5. I don't understand the logic of Kinder eggs being banned in the US. "Children can choke." Oh yeah but it's fine for people to parade around with guns and propose the hazard of shooting people. Okay I get it now -.-

  6. It seems to be a US tradition that you get a toy in a cereal box, as far as I know that doesn't happen in the US. We have Kinder eggs, I personally love the chocolate and collect the toys. But I much prefer Galaxy and Cadbury which are both lush.

  7. Even though Kinder Eggs are illegal in America I always see non-kinder branded copies of them at Japanese food markets in Los Angeles. They're basically identical and the ones I see are often Super Mario Bros. or Pokemon themed. I've always seen them at those stores,so maybe because they aren't actual "kinder eggs" and are more counted as Japanese Candy toys they're allowed to sell them…..maybe?

  8. I'm like 4 minutes in and I love this. I like that you're commentating live on your first view, it's kind of like experiencing someone elses thoughts as you watch. maybe that's weird. but i'm pretty relaxed. good job as always.

  9. Also, if you're going to handle chocolate, put it in the fridge or freezer and only have it out as you need it, it shouldn't stick to your hands at all until it thaws out, plus it looks shinier and nicer

  10. The main reasons, I read, they are forbidden in the US is because you guys are not allowed to have physical stuff within your food. Like the 'Galette des Rois' here in France for example.

As a kid everyone loves the chocolate but you eat so much of it during your life here that as an adult you get sick of the taste. As for the balls they looked like bouncing balls as the pictures showed.

None of those regular type toys are ever worth anything, the only ones that can get very pricy are the single mold figurine series, rare versions of those but they never create those anymore since like 10 years or so now.

  11. They were banned in the US I think about 5 years ago. I remember my cousins from Germany used to send them to me. And since I have a nut allergy, it's basically the only chocolate (but a few) that I can eat…and it's DELICIOUS…

Anyways, they banned it due to I believe people hiding drugs in them and sending them here. Weapons, and other small things that could be threatening/dangerous/illegal.

  12. My Dad used to bring me these all the time when I was a kid. It's such a shame that they're illegal now… (We don't need drug-dealers, we need kinder-egg-dealers!! I'd so buy them)

  13. I bought Kinder Eggs when I went to Mexico when I was a little girl. The surprise was Mario Bros figurines, which was awesome! The chocolate is good, but I'm a huge Hershey's fan, so there's no comparison there. Great video! 🙂

  14. Ugh. This actually annoyed me. I really wanted to hear the foil sounds but when you said you'd stop talking you only did for a short while and instead did tongue clicking which isn't even close to a trigger for me. I like a lot of your videos but this is a thumbs down for me.
